I finally got modifiers landed into Mosaic!
This will enable a whole new level of visual customization. Currently I only have padding and background, but anything which affects layout or does drawing is supported at the base layer. Should hopefully see things like borders, tables, etc. landing soon.
@jw what does the `1` represent in the padding?
@kevincianfarini It's the size. There's no units because everything exists in a monospace grid.
